Flood deaths in Toowoomba
A wall of water has taken over Toowoomba, a totally unexpected tsunami. Two people have already been confirmed dead and many others are still missing.
A rescue serviceman pulls himself along a rope through head-high water, as he makes his way to a tree he finds a man is clinging on for dear life. "The flood water is still rising as we speak," and already most communities in the area are desperately struggling in the face of this disaster. "How could any emergency services prepare for flash flooding of this nature," yet if authorities don't get a hold on it soon, the death toll will surely rise.
