Florida's controversial Biblical theme park
Inside the re-constructed walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, visitors can buy statues of Jesus, before taking a tour of the Sinai desert and watching dramatic recreations of the crucifixion.
The park was founded by the ultra-conservative religious group, Zion’s Hope, who hope to convert Jews to Christianity. Mixing Jewish symbols with Christian beliefs, Holy Land is a thorn in the side of American Rabbis. They have called for a boycott of the theme park, accusing it of being dangerous and heretical.
