Port Elizabeth, South Africa, is suffering from economic depression - yet a multi billion rand project may be able to revitalise the region.
Many residents of Port Elizabeth have been unemployed since the 1980s, when they went on strike from their jobs in the motor industry. Unemployment is as high as 70%. Now, a huge project to develop the port is on the table.
