After two years of being seen as an occupying power, what needs to be done before America can withdraw from Iraq? We hear from American soldiers on the ground.
"Visible progress and the Iraqis taking more responsibility is the exit strategy," states Lt Bryan Suites from the 161st infantry company. Colleague Paul Stanek agrees. He believes the recent election paved the way for a safe withdrawal. "Iraqis have become more empowered," states Lt Suites. "They understand they are electing a government which answers to them."
