Alan Tracy, president of the U.S. Wheat Association, "has the Australian Wheat Board (AWB) squarely in his sights". Claims that AWB indirectly funded weapons for Sadaam's regime, have resulted in Alan Tracy attempting to "punish" the Australian company. Tracy proposes that the U.S. Wheat Association ban AWB from operating in the US and thus see an end to the AWB monopoly.
