Return Of The Diary

Return Of The Diary For 70 years, Ron Miller's family have been custodians of a diary found abandoned during the Second World War. Now, the diary is finally being returned to its author, a 96 year old Italian, Alberto Toni.
Alberto lost his diary in 1941, while stationed with the Italian army in North Africa. It came into the hands of Joseph Miller, serving with the Allied forces, who took it home to New Zealand at the end of the war. Now, his son Ron is taking the diary on its final trip, delivering it back into the hands of its astonished writer. "I can't believe it!" exclaims Toni. An extraordinary and moving story.
