LONDON: THE LEFTORIUM
[01:17:32:00] - Narration
Famous children's television characters...generals...world leaders...business tycoons...sports stars...and monarchs all share one very simple thing in common, nothing to do with their riches, or their status within society...
[01:18:11:00] - Narration
...it's their left hand.
[01:18:15:00] - Narration
This shop in London sells anything you could imagine a left-handed person could need, everyday items that right-handers take for granted are for sale in this lefty's Mecca.
[01:18:23:00] - Narration
From left-handed teapots...to rulers and scissors...almost everything is available.
[01:18:39:00] - Interview
‘The shop is especially good for children because it's the children who first have the problem of being left-handed. They can't cut properly with scissors, they can't write correctly because the pens are designed for right-handed children. And they have bad times in classes where the teachers aren't aware they're left-handed and position them wrongly in class. It's much easier for left-handers to use the number pad with their left-hand.'
[01:19:09:00] -Narration

[01:19:29:00]
As well as the not so simple things!
