In 2020, parts of Australia were engulfed by flame as wildfires blazed. 'It has completely and utterly changed the landscape', says Australian Shaun MacDonell. Scientists say the risk of fires has increased in Australia due to global warming. 'There's irrefutable evidence that the climate of Australia has changed', says climate scientist Dr Sarah Perkins-Kirkpatrick.
