Selling his kidney was a last resort for Manzoor. The sale was meant to cover his debts. But he ended up even further in debt when he developed post operative problems and had to buy medicine. "My health is in bad shape. A single injection can cost up to 5,000 rupees", he complains. Now with only one kidney, he can't work as much.
