With much of the EU facing rising cases and lockdowns, the debate continues over vaccine passports: what form they might take, how they would work and are they the way back to normality?
In Israel, vaccine passports have been in place since February and life is returning to normal for the vaccinated. 'We live exactly as we did one year ago, it's nice!' says one interviewee. The EU is considering a more nuanced approach, which might also reflect antibodies or a recent negative test: 'We want to avoid all discrimination. The vaccine is not compulsory.'
