Edible Bugs
Are edible bugs the solution to humanity's growing population?
Dr Paul Narguezian is preparing himself an unusual lunch: fried wax worms. Paul eats insects because they are a more sustainable and cost-effective source of protein than meat. "I think in the next five years we are really going to see insects going mainstream in an incredible way.”
