A Vision of Justice

An Indigenous mother rises in Chilean politics when she is caught in the crossfire of a polarised nation

A Vision of Justice An Indigenous mother, rising in Chilean politics, has found herself in the middle of a polarised nation. Blinded by a police tear gas cannister during Chile's 2019 uprising, Fabiola Campillai now fights for justice.
"I support all the work that will achieve the justice and reparations very much needed in this country" says Campillai at a women's march. Having experienced police brutality first hand during Chile's 2019 uprising, Campillai is now set on bringing to light the struggles of Chile's Indigenous population: "we’re going to the senate, with you, with the people and the working class!"
