Forgotten Floods The recent cyclone hit an area already devastated by South Asia's worst floods in living memory. Over 50 million were affected and tens of thousands died. Four survivors tell their stories.
"We built a raft with tree trunks and survived by eating snails", states a member of the lower caste. "The flood has destroyed everything. If the government doesn't help us, we will die". A young boy describes watching his brother nearly drown and a mother confides her fears for her children.
