Cola is the second most popular drink after water but it's sourcing has been the subject of much criticism. Karma Cola tries to turn this around, changing lives in war torn Sierra Leone.
The West African people who discovered cola have never made a cent from the world’s most popular fizzy drink. Karma Cola, an alternative to Coca-Cola, try to change this. Returning the revenue to the village where Cola originates, the Karma Cola foundation's main objective is trade not aid, "the long standing, long term affect that’s gonna really change this place."
