In 2000, an Australian immigrant living in the UK wished to return home with her partner. Instead of taking a plane, they decided to tackle the 12,000km journey with only sustainable transport. This is their story.
After teaching her pupils about global warming, Lowanna, an Australian teacher living in the UK, decided she couldn't risk damaging the climate by flying home. With her partner Kevin, the couple travel the 12,000km to Sydney using only sustainable transport: the trains, bicycle, and cargo ship! The couple filmed their environmentally friendly voyage for all to see the world that opens up once people decide to go more green.
