Colombia's Beauty Queens
The inmates of Bogota's maximum security prison may be regarded as some of the most dangerous women in the country. But today, they're gearing up for a big event - the prison's Beauty Queen Contest.
One contestant from each of the six cell blocks is picked to compete, whilst the other prisoners cheer them on. A selection of TV soap stars, a celebrity horoscope reader and wives of the generals, judge the contest. "It's a way of lifting their self esteem", explains the prison warden.
