These days it's not just hackers performing cyber warfare: "the Chinese were the first to admit they have an army unit for cyber attacks". As the financial sector comes under threat, Bar-El warns that, "the approach taken by some countries in Western Europe is not sufficient". For him the solution is Big Brother states and bigger cyber security budgets. "The situation is bad and it's going to get worse".
