In a country where AIDS still carries a big stigma, many infected South Africans hide their illness. But one woman decided to open up and help others.
"I am Jossanda Tsoai. I am HIV positive." Her husband and daughter are also infected and her baby has already died of the disease. But despite this, she decided to start helping other infected people. "Sometimes, I just feel like crying and crying. But I have to be strong for all the others that now need me."
