"This is Angolan Diamonds that have been mined illegally . By diggers who have no license. This amounts to $14 million and is arriving every week on the market. This is a big threat to the stability of Diamond prices. You can see the quality is good. It's good . That mixture is worth $300 a carat . It's a high quality. Now our problem is that this is coming on the market in such huge quantities. It's threatening the stability of the Diamond market."
